After completing a Master’s Degree in Public Health I worked in and around the healthcare and life sciences industries for over two decades. I held VP and C-level positions partnering with the C-suite, the Board, investors, and industry leaders to achieve business goals. Much of that time was spent as a consultant and in client services listening closely to executives to identify their business objectives, develop plans of action, and achieve results. 

Rooted in my upbringing as the daughter of an entrepreneurial father, my career is marked by impactful contributions to founder-owned and startup ventures, including personally nurturing the growth of two startups from their inception. Over the years, I have demonstrated my expertise in team management, growth, and restructuring, deriving immense satisfaction from identifying and cultivating talent and helping them exceed their goals.
